Primary Responsibility:
1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
2. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone, and Helpdesk
3. Write training manuals, train computer users for common issues.
4. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, maintain daily performance of computer systems.
5. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
6. Install and maintain computer peripherals for users.
7. Manage Symantec Backup System and daily backup.
8. Work with IT team to complete IT projects, follow up tasks assigned by IT manager.
9. Other Daily site IT admin work.

Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Educated to degree level in a computer based subject
2. 3 years above of IT support experience for Microsoft Windows, Office environment;
3. Strong understanding in network foundation,
4. Good Team player and customer focused
