-Design,develop,implement and administer training programs
-Manage,guide,develop and support the training team members with the appropriate skills to deliver training to Reservation team members
-Assist to develop yearly training plan
-Assist to conduct Training Needs Analysis for the reservations Department on a half-yearly basis
-Ensure that training materials are well maintained based on accuracy, updated and promptness in dissemination
