We are currently representing an international brand to seek for Senior R&D Engineer in China.

Senior R&D Engineer

Reporting to the R&D Director, the incumbent is responsible for leading a team of engineers and collaborating with designers and vendors in support of new product development. The incumbent must process creative and technical expertise with strong interest in product innovation.

Requirements :
? University graduated in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
? Minimum 7 years experience in Electrical appliances design with plastic mould knowledge, good in PC software, ProE.
? Creative, energetic, independent, with sound leadership capabilities and able to work under pressure.
? Strong project management skill with ability to meet deadlines.
? Analytical mind, good in problem solving and with good theory knowledge
? Sensitive on technologies change and trends
? Cost sensitive and result oriented
? Knowledge of electrical safety standard etc.
? Work place between Hong Kong office and Dongguan, China
? Good in English is preferable but not must

Responsibilities :
? Responsible for product development includes : research and analysis, project engineering/technical support, construction design, materials sourcing, patents search
? Need to lead and provide guidance to a team
? Need to manage multi-projects to meet deadlines
? Audit drawings, judge to the design performance
