职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibility:
1. Coordinate relevant colleagues to handle customer complaints from NSO and SNO, issue CARs to relevant people to follow up the improvement status.
2. Collect products repair data via service center. Analyzing, calculating and monitoring the data information, to find out whether there is outstanding deviation need to take action.
3. Arrange failed samples return from markets. Analyze defect samples with relevant people and take action to improve( factory engineers, suppliers, CoC ).
4. Follow up/ monitor the effectiveness of improvement according to 8 D report.
5. Report the FCR status of factory products in the other key market(e.g. Holland, Germany, Korea and USA if possible) to Management team.
6. Hold monthly FCR review and improvement meeting to get suggests and supports from QA manager, project manager, production manager and relevance.
7. Prepare CREX call rate forecast to new project and call rate estimation to dispensation/product deviation.
8. Give the FCR forecast when there is any deviation.
9. Give input for new products design according to the experience of current products’ FCR status.
10. Analyze and understand consumer habit.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Science /Engineering subject

2. Minimum 4 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, familiar with
customer complaint handling. Approbation knowledge is preferred.

3. Experience of using SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools

4. Fluent written and spoken English

5. Good PC office software skill

6. Good communication skill

7. Strong quality mindset /sense
