职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibility:
1. Prepare annual supplier quality audit/assessment/ sustainability and improvement plan; monitor the related status.
2. Set up component quality standard together with product release engineer, and deploy to IQC to control incoming quality.
3. Join the decision for SMOB supplier for new project.
4. Push to deploy new technology to supplier and make supplier accordance with Philips.
5. Score key supplier quality performance and push the relevant action in place .
6. Organize supplier quality problem following up to make sure the continuous improvement of supplier.
7. Make sure component release plan implementation to support the total project activities.
8. Budget application for testing equipment to make sure the budget right applied.
9. As chairman of MRB manages daily incoming material handling meeting.
10. Lead a groud people efforts to quickly and effectively finishing incoming inspection.
11. Coach and train the subordinates to fulfill the job requirement and development


Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, multinational joint-venture working experience is preferred
3. Experience of using SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools and concept of calibration
4. Good understanding of ISO9000/14000 system
5. Fluent written and spoken English
6. Good PC office software skill
7. Good communication skill/team work
8. Strong quality mindset
9.Has Leadership and team spirit
