职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibility:
1. Give advices to PDS in the product design phase to ensure the product design has a reasonable link with tooling design.
2. Participate/Contribute to mold makeability study based on 2D/3D product construction file and prepare the makeability report to make sure all the action point can be followed up and the mold design has a right/optimized starting point.
3. Provide engineering support to purchasing dept. to ensure the technical ability of mold maker can correctly assessed.
4. Initiate and develop new resin and build-up reliable & stable molding process in order to ensure new project’s going smoothly and production in time with high quality.
5. Responsible for resin preparation of mold trial both in supplier side and in house.
6. Continuously improve molding process to decrease cost of mass production through professional support on molding area.
7. Technical support for supplier sourcing and raw material localization to optimize supplier chain.
8. Fetch in advanced technology from CoC’s and local market to upgrade competence of plant.
9. Help external & internal molding suppliers to establish stable process and improve product quality.
10. Speed up molding automation to make production more effective.
11. Build-up related procedure, WI and data sheet of molding and issue ECN’s to meet QMSP requirement.
12. Be responsible for internal training of molding and introduce new technology into factory.
13. Assist the section head to finish the group work and develop the group competence level.


Requirement:
1. Academic / Professional qualification
University degree in polymer science or chemical engineering or related;
2. Work experience
Minimum 6 years of molding process experience.
Good knowledge for mould/die design;
3. Language ability
Good in writing, listening and speaking English.
4. Computer literacy
Familiar with MS like Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Internet.
know Auto-CAD or Unigraphics,Pro-E, etc;.
5. Others
Good communication and co-ordination ability
Good team spirit
Can work under high pressure.
