职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibilities:

1.To plan, organize and control repeat mould making plan according to requirement to ensure to deliver it on time;
2.To take leader the technical improvement activities to solve the troubleshooting;
3.To maintain and advance the mould maintenance technical and technology training and developing new technology and equipment for mould maintain and repair competence build-up and upgrading to meet new product requirement
4.To support mould development engineers on new mould development activities to make sure relevant PIP realized on time
5.To monitor and review moulds status includes those outsourced to suppliers systematically and to initiate and deploy the repeat moulds and/or inserts/cavities/re-textures properly
6.To involve in Mini Co’s activities to support its well operation


Requirement:

1.University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
2.Work experience:
5+ years of experience in plastics part manufacturing, 3D modeling, and development for injection molding. Knowledge of injection molding process as it relates to parts design for manufacturability, product functionality and validation prior to product release. Good working knowledge of polymers, tooling materials. Strong analytical skills (mold flow, DOE, statistical engineering).
3.Language ability: good command in English and Chinese.
4.Computer literacy:
General office software
UG-CAD/CAM, Auto-CAD
5.Others
Good understanding of different mould structures
Good experience on machining processes including CNC milling. EDM,etc.
Familiar with all process of mould making
Teamwork with relevant disciplines as engineering, processing
