职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Responsibilities:
1) Work with supply team to perform potential supplier sourcing visiting and supplier certification program ;
2) Create and negotiate GQA and QA with suppliers;
3) As core member of IDP project team ,coordinate all supplier quality activities with CL Zhuhai and CoC (DTN/SNO/DA S’pore ) SQM team, drive collaboration with Development & Suppliers to ensure manufacturability, testability and Quality maturity of designs, support supplier’s IPD activities in pace with IDP project plan;
4) Create component inspection specification and train IQC inspectors and suppliers ;
5) Conduct component release ,process release and APQP in IPD as well as product life cycle;
6) Quick solve component deviation case which is escalated from production, marketing and the other interested parties, support Field Return Failure Analysis, FCR improvement and Back Charging analysis;
7) Manage the quality performance of a group of suppliers, collate and report on supplier quality performance and alert on adverse situation;
8) As MRB member ,attend MRB meeting and monitor component quality concession and waivers;
9) Creating and executing supplier quality development plan with a group suppliers and gear up managed supplier’s quality accountability and maturity continuously;
10) Work with CL commodity team to consolidate and optimize supplier base;
11) The others task assigned by company;
1. Bachelor degree of electrical or mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 4 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, multinational joint venture experience is preferred
3. Experience of using SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools
4. Good understanding of ISO9000 system
5. Fluent written and spoken English
6. Good PC office software skill
7. Good communication skill/people management skill
8. Strong quality mind
