职位描述（Job Descriptions）
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product design investigation and interpret test results
Evaluate the product quality & reliability at design stage
Execute pre-development and development quality tasks and identify design-quality weakness
Work together with project team to build-in quality into new products
Analyze field problems wide/department quality improvement
Provide technical support to factory quality assurance teams
Prepare annual product release and audit plan, and make sure related actives are taken on time; Leverage both equipment and people capacity
Monitor calibration status for the whole factory’s equipment & tester & measuring jig to ensure the factory’s production & quality control equipments in proper status
Build up testing and measuring capability & capacity to improve the factory’s laboratory testing level
Organize quality problem following up to make sure the continuous improvement of product.
Maintain dispensation system; monitor the related improvement action to keep daily production smoothly.
Coach and training all the subordinate to fulfill the job requirement and development.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, multinational joint-venture working experience is preferred
Experience of using APQP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools and concept of calibration
Good understanding of ISO9000/14000/13485,OHSAS18000 system
Fluent written and spoken English
Good PC office software skill
Good communication skill/people management skill/Leadership
Strong quality mindset
Black belt / Green belt certified prefered
