Key Responsibilities（明确职责）：
1.New tooling introduction and problem coordination. 新模具导入和问题协调；
2.Tooling maintenance to make the tooling running smoothly with consistent reliable injection performance and standardize relevant contents into managing file. 模具的维护保养确保模具注塑性能的稳定，同时标准化相关作业文件；
3.Assess and debug all of tooling with injection engineer, which include the new and repair tooling, to work out the corrective actions. 同注塑工程师一起评估和调试新旧模具并制定改善措施；
4.Documentation control for tooling drawing, electrode drawing and relevant mold analysis report. 针对模具本体图电极图以及相应的模具报告要进行文件控制；
5.People management for some engineers and technicians. 工程师和技术员的管理；
6.Expense control under reasonable technology guideline. 在合理的技术指导下进行成本控制；

Qualification（职位要求）：
1.College degree in mechanical engineering or tools design. Hands-on experience in tool maker field is definite advantage. 机械或模具设计本科学历，先前有模具制造经验者优先
2.5+ year’s solid experience in precision/hot runner tools design, manufacturing and 2years relevant managing experiences. Knowledge for plastic injection will be a plus. 五年精密/热流道模具设计、制造经验和两年的相关管理经验，熟知注塑。
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge on quality tools such as CPK, SPC, FMEA, G R&R. 良好的人际沟通能力，熟悉品质工具如CPK, SPC, FMEA, G R&R.
4.Proactive on trouble shooting to achieve set targets. 积极的解决问题去达成目标
5.Good English skills. 良好的英语
