Key Responsibilities：
? Responsible for all the recruiting activities (definition of job description, candidates’ interviews, contract issues).
? Responsible for all recruitment activities and processes by selecting appropriate recruitment channels within lead time to meet production need and company target, and ensure all processes and procedures are compliant with government regulations and company policies.
? Conduct training needs analysis at local level, identifies relevant traininig opportunities in line with short and long term business requirements, and work out training plans and proposals accordingly.
? Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
? Maintain and secure an efficient and effective personnel administration in line with legal requirements and HR policies to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to management and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity.
? Maintain and perform HR related policies, disciplines and procedures, provide necessary guideline to employee to ensure day-to-day operation, work quality and efficiency.
? Responsible for all kinds of HR report and data analysis timely and ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
? Handle all employee check out/in procedures, internal transfer.
? Update all employee database timely and accurately in a systematic and professional manner.
? Ensure all process of employment, termination are compliant with labour law and company policy.
? Take ad hoc assignments from HR Manager.

Skills & qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 3-5 years’ experiences in HR in multinational company or JV. Solid experience and hands-on practice in staffing, training & development, compensation & benefit, and employee relation functions.
? Good PC skill, familiar with labor law and related legal regulations, knowledgeable in HR management.
? Fluent English in written and spoken.
