职位描述:

Job Summary: Assist Purchasing Manager on supplier sourcing & procurement execution.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Developing new qualified suppliers in line with the company's business plan : Right Supplier, Right Quality, Right Price, Right Time, Right Quantity ;

为公司开发有资质的合格供应商: 适合的供应商、良好的质量、合适的价格、交货准时、数量正确;

2.Developing Suppliers for a long-term cooperation, managing Suppliers and maintaining high-quality relationships with them;

开发长期合作的供应商,管理并与之保持良好的关系;

3.Coordinating, identifying and solving all kinds of issues between company and suppliers about quality, delivery, design changes, pricing etc.;

协调,识别和解决公司与供应商关于质量,交货,设计改变和价格等发生的各种相关争议;

4.Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the consistent cost effectiveness and quality reliability according to company's targets;

根据公司的目标与供应商谈判,确保成本效益和质量的可靠性.

Qualifications: (education, experience, certifications)

1.Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or related major;

本科以上学历;

2.Independently good understanding of technical drawings or other technical documents is a must;

必须能独立、良好地理解技术图纸和技术文档;

3.Have a good knowledge of purchase process, methods and tools;

熟悉了解采购流程,方法和工具;

4.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of purchasing;

3年以上采购经验;

5.Very good communication skills in order to present the company to suppliers in a professional and positive way;

优秀的沟通能力，在供应商面前能代表公司专业和积极的形象;

6.Strong business spirits, and able to take very strong stands to perform negotiations with suppliers in a professional manner;

良好的商业精神，擅长与供应商进行专业的谈判;

7.Excellent team-working spirit and project management capability;

出色的团队精神和项目管理能力;

8.Fluent English in both written and spoken, and good skill in PC & ERP applications;

流利的英语沟通能力，包括书面和口语，良好的PC&ERP应用技能.
