We are a leading European machinery manufacturer in China. We would like to seek high calibre candidate to join us.

Responsible:
Design and develop in order to optimize manufacturing costs based on the budget
Product development from customer idea generation, product concept to mass production
Supervise the engineering team to prepare material BOM and drawing on time
Provide pre-sales support to Sales team for proposing the technical solution for client
Develop and Maintaining design standards, drawings and documentation management
Close communication and support the purchasing team, suppliers and production to insure optimal design and manufacturing capability
Provide design support for development the system control PLC and HMI
Continuous improvement of existing design/standardize operating procedures
Commissioning/Service of Company products if required;
Supervise a team of Mech./ Elect. designer to achieve company target;

Requirement:
Degree holder in Electro-mechanical or Automation engineering
Experience of managing and developing a technical team
Min. 10 years solid hands on experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturing in China
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Pro-active, self motivated and high sense of responsibility
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skill
Systematic and detail minded
Occasional travelling may require
