Western Chef
Responsibilities:
? Oversee a chain of business operations that comprises of Western restaurant and Cafe.
? Work closely with Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager and Food Costing team to identify client and customer needs to review and cover budgeting, design menu, recipe preparation, food cost, supplies quality, dishes tasting, kitchen operation logistics, manpower plan, training, food quality and wastage control and promotional plan.
? Provide staff training to develop a professional and positive chef team
? Promote and monitor health and safety at workplace
? Prepare periodic management data and written report

Requirements
? With previous kitchen experience in International hotel brands
? Good finance, purchasing & logistics management and able to discharge administrative duties
? Enjoy team work and strong service mind that like to interact with customers, client and management.
? Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
? Good command of English. Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
