Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
？ Establish network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
？ Establish partnership with clients and candidates
？ Source, prescreen and shortlist candidates for clients in accordance to their requirements
？ Develop a pool of qualified candidates
？ Provide clients with market information and labour law related advice

Requirements:
？ Degree holder or above
？ At least 1 year recruitment related experience
？ Fluent in Chinese and English
？ Result-oriented and creative with the ability to achieve target
？ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
？ Proficiency in computer operation and office documents processing
