-To enter data regarding new team members’ information into the Infinium System;
-To maintain monthly report according to requests from Supervisor
- To enter data and verify data input on 3C’s Policies, assist in contract signing sections and new join members check-in process, process Personnel Action Form (PAF) in Infinium (Grade D and below).
-To assist Supervisor – HR Information System on upgrading Infinium Modules, set up all HR team members’ user profile, update and set up new programs in Infinium.
-To perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of the Company vision, mission and values.
