工作职责：
1.人员招聘（自接受招聘指令到员工上岗）；
2.员工录用、入职、离职手续的办理；
3.员工用工、退工报备手续的办理；
4.员工入职培训、在岗培训；
5.考勤管理；
6.员工绩效考核；
7.社会保险、合同签订、合同鉴证、工伤等手续的办理；
8.员工调动、晋升、奖惩；
9.员工档案管理；
10.领导交待的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1.中专以上学历，有二年以上人事行政管理的工作经验；
2.具有较强的交流、沟通与协调能力；
3.能熟练使用word/excel等办公软件；
4.已婚已育者或英语熟练者优先考虑。
