1.In charge of the whole management job in Purchasing dept.全面负责采购部各项工作。
2. Developing new suppliers / direct materials sourcing / price negotiation.
开发新的供应商/直接物料开发和价格谈判。
3. Following the material price variation & quality status, in order to improve quality and reduce purchasing cost.
及时跟踪原材料价格行情变化及品质状况,以提升产品品质及降低采购成本。
4. Suppliers selected, audit & monitor. organize QC/ Engineering dept for regular supplier audit & certification including quality system, production capacity, enquipment, leadtime, Technology efficiency, etc. 供应商的选择、审核与管控，组织相关部门对供应商的质量体系状况(产能,设备,交货期,技术,品质)等评估及认证。
5. Analysis the marketing & supply chain system, make sure to have sufficient suppliers & supplier channels for both short & long term.
分析市场行情与供应链系统，确保有效供应商及供货渠道实现短期和长期供应。
6. Cooperation with PMC closely to make material purchasing plan and control the stock level.
与计划部紧密合作，拟订物料采购计划和仓库库存控制。
7. Signing, approve the purchasing orders, etc
签采购合同，审批采购订单等。
8. Analysis the situation of raw material consumption, try to reduce the occupation of fund,& improve the inventory turn rate while make sure to meet the production requirement.
分析物料消耗状况，提高库存周转率，减少资金占用，同时确保物料及时满足生产需求。
9. Assisting warehouse to prevent and deal with the inactive stock and scrap material.
配合仓库做好呆料与废料的预防与处理。
10. Ensuring that the invoice, payment are processed in accordance with the procurement specifications / and requirements
确保采购发票, 采购单据符合采购程序的规定及要求.
11. Supervising the performance of the buyers as well as the purchasing reports etc .采购人员绩效的管理及日常报表的监管。
12. Other related issue from GM. 总经理安排的其他工作。
13.Be responsibility for the purchasing planning Completion status.负责采购计划的制订与执行。
14. For material supplying achievement of schedule process.确保物料及时供应。
15. For raw material prices, and managing with QC department of Joint liability for the supplier quality control.
确认采购物料价格，与品质部一起对供应商品质进行管控。
