Educational Level

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent cyber security training development experience

Years of Experience

2-5 years’ experience in development and management of cyber security training programs

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain an effective and relevant cyber security training and awareness program

2. Develop, implement and help enforce comprehensive role-based cyber security training for all Team Members as well as those with significant information security responsibilities

3. Develop and publish cyber security awareness materials, e.g., posters, signs, Intranet bulletins

4. Publish a monthly cyber security newsletter

5. Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the training program, and training feedback; determine whether additional training or modifications are needed

6. Develop, implement and maintain a robust, dynamic and effective Corporate Cyber Security Training Program that is designed and operates to support and promote a company-wide culture of security and compliance, and ensure LVSC’s compliance with all applicable international, federal, and state gaming and compliance laws and regulations.

7. Other duties as required

Other Requirements

1. Cyber Security related certifications (e.g., Security +, Network +, CISSP, etc.) preferred

2. This role requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of audiences including Executive Management, HR, Legal, and technologists

3. Ability to work well under minimal supervision

4. Provide support for presentations

5. Excellent problem solving skills

6. The ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a working group depending on the project

7. Good interpersonal skills including maintaining a positive attitude
