SCOPE
Perform Production Incident Support and fulfill service request
ESSENTIAL DUTIES – MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and support system/network infrastructure
2. Perform system support, configuration, patch installation and upgrades on IT platforms
3. Perform production incident trouble shooting and diagnosing leading to appropriate resolutions or escalations
4. Handle and fulfill assigned Service Requests
5. Response to alerts and system events
6. Perform pre-defined operational activities
7. Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Willingness to work overnight and weekends
2. Demonstrated success at multi-tasking
3. Demonstrated excellence in communication
4. Technical experience with Windows server and troublshooting experience
5. Knowledge on Incident Management, Event Management and Service Request fulfillment
