ESSENTIAL DUTIES – MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain and support system/network infrastructure
2. Perform system support, configuration, patch installation and upgrades on IT platforms
3. Perform production incident trouble shooting and diagnosing leading to appropriate resolutions or escalations
4. Handle and fulfill assigned Service Requests
5. Response to alerts and system events
6. Perform pre-defined operational activities
7. Additional duties as assigned


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1. Willingness to work overnight and weekends能接受通宵班、周末班；
2. Demonstrated success at multi-tasking能同时处理不同任务；
3. Demonstrated excellence in communication良好的沟通技巧；
4. Technical experience with Windows server and troubleshooting experience具备windows服务器和IT维护经验
5. Knowledge on Incident Management, Event Management and Service Request fulfillment 具备事故管理、事件管理、完成服务请求的知识
