1- Main duties
. The main responsibility is to get Quality and Productivity ratios according area objectives with effective, and to keep Master Plan on efficiency.
- MAINLY DUTIES:
. Keep updated list of flow charts and production rates for all the products.
. Keep tool-inventory database and control or purchasing and consumption.
. Collaborate with Logistic department in preparation of production plan.
. Fulfilling of production plans, manage actions to correct deviations.
. Production control, workshop scheduling, distributing of people, Order and cleaning in workshop, control of raw materials and other consumed materials in workshop, guarantee following all safety rules.
. Production management. Control of over time, working time evidence, workers uniforms, permissions, illness leave, holidays, disciplinary actions, in cooperation with Human resources.
. Prepare work instructions for production.
. In-process quality control registration.
. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality department in industrialization of new models.
. Define method and times for models changes in machines, defined basic elements to do fat changes and documented it.
. Defined list of activities and update process of each machine, including new machines.
. Elaborate and update activities list of Preventive Maintenance of machines, document, save it and send to Maintenance Department.
. Define (with Maintenance Area) necessity spare parts for each machine and be sure the inventory levels (Max- Min), need supplier name and delivery time to get each of them.
. Measure and review indicator of Critical Machine Availability.
. Request modifications and updates of Process sheet to Engineer of Product and keep all technical process update
. Leader in Management Abnormal of machines and slow cycle.
. Lead the team to achieve the targets: On-time delivery, high quality, and get productivity in high efficiency.
2 - STUDIES REQUIRED
. Graduate in Technical or Engineering in University
. Chinese, English- High level, fluent in Spoken English is a must
3 - SKILLS REQUIRED
. Knowledge about Quality tooling to solve problems..
. Strong analysis capacity. In order to quick identification of the problems and find solutions.
. Initiative and decision capacity. Being able to start actions, follow and finish them.
. Negotiation capacity. Being able, if necessary, to reach share decisions.
. Organisation capacity. Specially order and cleaning in Workshop.
. Team work abilities and good Leadership skills.
. Knowledge with ISO quality management system.
. Knowledge with OFFICE software.
. Good personal relationship capacity and strong communication skills.
4 - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
. At least 5 years production management experiences for Plastic Mold or injection or equivalent experiences in foreign manufacturing company;
. Quite familiar with workshop management
