Job Description:
. In general charge of new project management, Maintenance, Process under Copreci China General Manager direction, and to get the objective on efficiency.
. Mainly charge of Die casting workshop organization, on-site and technical management
- MAINLY DUTIES:
1. Responsible for workshop layout, equipment installation
2. Responsible for new project importing from HQ, Mexico or other plants from group
3. Responsible for Die Casting workshop set up, machines selection, process control
4. Responsible for Suppliers selection, analysis and audit; to negotiate with suppliers for technical communication, Quotation;
5. Responsible for tooling and fixtures design and control
6. Responsible for monitor, optimize, define and improve the process, art-flow and related job assignment
7. To work together with Production for Quality control, lead to reduce the defective rate, and scrap deduction, to improve the Quality objective
8. To work together with Production to optimize the Productivity ratio
9. To ensure the tooling and spare parts consumption in good conditions, to analyze and improve the abnormal situation to reduce the cost
10. To optimize the Die-casting and machinery process, to ensure the quality improvement
11. To work with Engineering for Pilot run and Mass production management
12. To analysis the risks analysis for new project
13. To manage the people抯 performance and training
14. To execute the safety and 6S management
15. Following the ISO procedure
2- STUDIES REQUIRED
2.1 Graduate in Die-casting, Mold, Mechanic or Engineering.
2.2 Bachelor degree or above.
2.3 Chinese, English？ high level, especially fluent in Spoken English
3- SKILLS REQUIRED
3.1 Familiar with project transfer from overseas to Copreci China plant.
3.2 Rich work experiences in Aluminium Die-casting, automatic line management.
3.3 Good knowledge for Machinery, Engineering, Maintenance, Process and Quality.
3.4 Analysis capacity. In order to quick identification of the problems and its solutions.
3.5 Initiative and decision capacity. Being able to start actions, follow and finish them.
3.6 Negotiation capacity. Being able, if necessary, to reach share decisions.
3.7 Organisation capacity. Specially order and cleaning in Workshop.
3.8 Strong sense for Team management.
3.9 Good personal relationship capacity.
3.10 Basic knowledge of Finance and Import& Export.
3.11 Knowledge with lean production
3.12 Knowledge with ISO system
4 - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
4.1 At least 5yrs working experience in Foreign manufacturing company with equivalent position
4.2 Leading with Die-casting project and relative equipments
4.3 Can work independent in Die casting tools and in-process renovation
4.4 Good leadership in workshop management
4.5 With rich experiences in Quality, Maintenance, Tooling & fixtures
4.6 With strong mechanic background, and quite familiar with Die casting parts and main parts mana
