Responsibilities:


Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for timely delivery of top-quality talent and meet hiring plan deadlines
Identify and maintain talent pool for business expansion needs
Establish effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods
Effective talent mapping and candidates database management
Develop recruitment team performance metrics to ensure service deliverables.


Requirements
University Graduate in Human Resources Management / Business Administration.
5-6 years of experience in recruitment which 2-3 years in managerial level.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently under pressure.
Self-initiative and responsible.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.
