职责：

• 监督的业务操作,包括西方餐馆和咖啡馆
• 与运营经理, 采购经理和食物成本团队密切合作, 根据客户需要回顾和调整预算,设计菜单、菜谱准备、食品成本、菜品尝，,协调厨房操作，人力资源计划、培训、食品质量和损耗控制和促销计划等
• 提供员工培训，开发专业和积极的厨师队伍
• 促进和监测健康和安全在工作场所
• 准备定期管理数据和书面报告

要求：

• 之前有国际酒店的厨房经验
• 具有良好的财务,采购和物流管理, 具备一定的行政职能
• 具有较强的团队合作精神和服务精神,喜欢与客户交流
• 良好的沟通、领导能力和表达能力
• 具备良好的中文和英文水平
