职位描述
Key Tasks:
1) Support the collection and analysis of customer data and specification, update market intelligence, identify new sales opportunities.
2) Prepare quotation and attend contract negotiation. Drive negotiations and close the deal - ensure customer satisfaction throughout the complete sales process.
3) Assist in establishing sales quota and budget.
4) Initiate or participate in project teams or cross-selling teams for larger business deals or cross BU/Division deals.
5) Update and correct marketing / product information to project team and ERP system.
6) Feedback on portfolio gaps and future customer needs to support R&D and manufacturing processes.
7) To ensure daily operation comply with company guideline.
8) Other ad hoc tasks assigned by top management.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject.
2) At least 3 years’ in marine product related sales.
3) Technical background on marine engine related product is an advantage.
4) Team player with good interpersonal skills .
5) Willing to travel frequently.
6) CET4, can read and write in English

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
