Key Tasks:
1, Ensures all staffing programs are in compliance with labor law. 确保公司招聘活动符合劳动法的相关要求。
2, Publishes recruiting advertisements through Internet, Job fair market, internal posting, campus recruiting etc and manage the info. 通过互联网、人才市场、内部招聘、校园招聘等渠道发布招聘广告，并及时更新相关招聘信息。
3, Screens profile of applicants, select the right candidates to be interviewed by the hiring dept., and builds up database of talents for the company. 筛选应聘者简历，安排合适的候选人到用人部门面试，并建立公司的人才库。
4, Assist HR mgr. to set up the training system and budget, develop training requirements and implement the annual training plan, etc. 协助建立公司培训体系和预算、汇总培训需求、实施年度培训计划等。
5, Interacts with the vender of hiring and training to support specific requirements.根据企业特定的招聘或培训需求，选择合适的招聘及培训服务商并与之合作。
6, Build the internal and external professional training team. 组织建立内部和外部培训专业队伍。
7, Tracking the implement of training, organize the evaluation of training effect, and keep the training records. 跟踪培训的实施，组织评估培训效果，并建立完善的培训记录。
8, Assist to implement employee development plan and succession planning.协助实施员工发展计划和继任计划。
Qualification:
1, Bachelor degree or above in relative field. 相关专业本科及以上学历。
2, At least 3 years related experience in MNC. 3年以上外资企业同等经验。
3, Good English skills. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
4, Excellent team work spirit and interpersonal skill.良好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力。

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
