Requirement:
- Undergraduate education, students, computer / information-related professions
- Familiar with Windows workstation, such as Windows7/Win8
- Experience on IP phone, printer support
- Good Microsoft office skill
- Good spoken, reading, written English language skills
- Good communication skills, good team spirit, dedication and high execution, and good sense of service, integrity of higher degrees
- Detail oriented.

Main Responsibility:
- Handle the documentation migration from windows 7 to windows 8 .
- Handle the asset inventory data maintenance in IT asset management tools.
- Daily support for end users and support ticket handling
- IT related form and report
- Communicate to users to provide good IT services upon the company process
