Qualifications and experience:
1. Master or Ph.D degree in ruminant nutrition or other equivalent qualification
2. Ideally educated in the West with a Chinese background.
3. 8+ years’ commercial experience in the dairy industry, understand modern dairy practices in China and US/Europe
4. Very strong drive to build a high-performance business
5. Successful track record in key account management
6. Strong project management and cross-functional team work capability
7. Demonstrated leadership and people skills
8. Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin or at least a very strong drive to learn Mandarin

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build a high performance ruminant team and deliver ruminant business growth targets
2. Build a strong ruminant team to implement China’s ruminant strategy
3 Deliver sales targets.
4. Accountable for dairy customer segmentation and for effectively position Kemin products and services to chosen accounts.
5. Develop long-term relationship with chosen accounts
6. Lead and coach the reporting personnel to ensure that they are successful in their sales efforts.
7. Design sales projects and is responsible to coordinate support team members to implement projects as scheduled.
8. Provide monthly sales, expense report by territory and sales forecast by 25th of the month.
9. Work closely with marketing & technical teams to implement strategies & tactics of Kemin.
10. Identify opportunities for new products and establishing new markets for existing and new products.
11. Keep the influencers and the decision makers informed of the business progress.
