职位描述
1.Make and place order， follow order sign back , arrange advanced payment per request of purchase requisition.根据请购单，制作订单，下达订单，跟踪订单回签，安排支付预付款。
2.Be responsible for the all imports and exports related procedures, including custom clearance, custom handbook managements and Custom tax etc.负责所有进出口相关程序，包括关税申报，报关手册管理和关税等。
3.Responsible to arrange appropriate shipping method/agent to deliver the goods on time safely.
负责安排合适的运输方式及货代提取货物，确保货物安全准时到达。
4.Monitor the shipping status of purchasing orders, liaise with suppliers, shipping companies and forwarders to deal with the problems on the way.
监督管理采购订单的送货状态，联系供应商、物流公司，解决途中发生的任何问题。
5.Cooperate with Warehouse and POD. to do receiving & approving for arrived parts.协助仓库和生产部进行到货入库验收事宜
6.Responsible to liaise with supplier to deal with any disqualified issue. 负责联络供应商解决品质异常问题
7.Assist superior to manage the shipping cost , try to lower the cost by choosing right shipping method & shipper.协助上级管理运输成本，选择最合适的运输方式及承运商。
8.Other purchasing related tasks signed by superior temporarily.
