ESSENTIAL DUTIES – MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责：

1. Perform trouble shooting on incident escalated from IT Call Center or reported by IT team members
2. Escalate incident tickets to next level of support when they cannot be resolved within the current support level
3. Monitor infrastructure and applications with a 24x7x52 operation
4. Maintain or enhance the monitoring tools to monitor system and application performance
5. Response to alerts, with quick troubleshooting and diagnosing leading to appropriate resolutions or escalations
6. Perform pre-defined operational activities
7. Additional duties as assigned


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 知识技能要求：

1. Willingness to work overnight and weekends 能接受通宵班、周末班；
2. Demonstrated success at multi-tasking 能同时处理不同任务；
3. Demonstrated excellence in communication 良好的沟通技巧；
4. Technical experience with Windows server and troubleshooting experience 具备windows服务器和IT维护经验
