Responsibilities 职责范围
1、Post jobs for identifying, attracting high performing candidates发布职位信息、吸引人才；


2、Search the right candidates through different recruitment channels base on clients’ position request根据客户的要求，协助顾问搜寻合适的候选人；
3、Communicate with candidates to get necessary information for initial screening and test. Keep smooth communication with clients and candidates, effectively communicate mutual feed back协助顾问对候选人进行初步筛选、测试；与客户保持良好、有效的沟通；
4、Support on candidate interview and assessment 协助进行候选人的面试与评估
5、Achieve business target 达到设定目标


Requirements 要求
1、Bachelor degree and above, fluent in English and Cantonese本科学历，英语广东话流利；
2、Strong communication skill with extrovert personality 良好的沟通能力、性格外向
3、Sales marketing experience preferred有销售经验优先
4、Fresh graduate are welcomed 欢迎优秀毕业生申请
