Position: Import/Export supervisor
Department: Supply Chain
Report Chain: directly report to Import/Export Supervisor
Responsibility:
1. Be in charge of Customs declaration on import & export activities
2. Import equipment and materials smoothly for both bonded and general trade
3. Ensure timely reconcile the handbook without paying any extra back duty/VAT payment, handing handbook system (E-handbook, E-customs clearance)
4. Work with operative purchasing team to ensure that imported materials are cleared from Customs (by sea and air) and delivered to factory within the shortest possible time
5. Establish and maintain good working relationship with all customs officials, CIQ, and other relevant parties
6. Monitor/analyse/improve the logistics service provider’s service level
7. Handle all transportation method and related logistics service provider enquiries and quotations
8. Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.
Qualification:
1. College diploma above major in international trade or logistics or relevant
2. Good in both written and oral English
3. Minimum of 5-year experience in import and export handling practices
4. Familiar with China Customs and CIQ regulation, working procedure of different ports in Zhuhai, e.g.Jiuzhou port and Xiangzhou customs
5. Knowledge and experience in cooperation with Customs clearance, 3rd party logistics, purchasing, manufacturing, etc
6. Responsible for transportation network analysis and optimizing the logistics process to achieve cost saving
7. Certificates both for customs and commodity inspection
8. Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills, good team player, target-oriented

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
