A. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

?Organize product information and specification to internal and external parties.

?Coordinate and work closely with factory engineers in new product development and existing model improvement, its evaluation until approval and submission to customer for their qualification.

?Liaison between salespersons/customers and factory engineers in gathering and sharing information and samples request and preparation.

?Conduct quality inspection of the samples before sending to respective customers and monitoring the result of their qualification.

?Support Marketing team in gathering product information for newsletters, flyers, leaflets and PPT presentation of the newly available items.

?Perform other responsibilities may be assigned by the company.

B. Education & Skills:

?University graduated in Engineering with 4 years related experience (preferably in wide-format / printer consumable industry)

?Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese is an asset)

?Proficient in MS word, Excel and Powerpoint.

?proactive, well-organized, result oriented with excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

?able to work independently & under pressure

?high sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative

?occasionally travel is required.
