职位描述
1. 負責日常設備的維護；
2. 遵照安全健康守則處理突發及日常設備問題；
3. 接聽包括廚房，酒店套房在內的所有綜合設備維修電話；
4. 執行專門的維修任務。
5. 負責安裝工作，如牆上電視，天花喇叭。

1. 基本的音響視像及計算機知識；
2. 有團隊精神，能夠和其他隊友進行團隊合作；
3. 相關影視或劇院工作經驗，或賭場、酒店音響視像工作經驗；
4. 事件支持服務：包括負責播放音頻視頻，現場故障排除及維修，設備檢修等；
5. 酒店總台服務支持：包括安裝無線音響及影視設備，電影設備的故障排除及維修，室內外LED屏幕維護等。

Job description

1. Monitor and maintain the normal operation of facility equipment within the complex, and ensure they are operated in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Carry out routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.
3. Respond to calls in all areas of the complex including the kitchen and hotel suites.
4. Assist the Shop Supervisor in monitoring the contractors carrying out maintenance and urgent repair works and ensure their works are in compliance with the required specifications and standards.
5. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
6. Data entry, keep track the life cycle of consuming parts and critical equipment.
7. Physical installation work, such as mounting 60" TV on the wall, ceiling speaker.


Job requirement 职位要求

1. Basic AV/Computer knowledge.
2. Able to follow written instruction/SOP to finish work order independently.
3. Able to work as a team, with other department team member.
4. Relevant working experience in audio/visual and/or theater, multi-function events, Casino/Hotel AV services maintenance experience.

Events support service:
1. Placement and hookup of 32A, 64A and 125A power distribution infrastructure for conventions and meetings.
2. UTP cable termination, placement and hookup for IP network distribution.
3. Data network switch configuration.
4. Rigging / assembly of light-duty and heavy-duty trussing up to 8m heights.
5. Hanging / mounting / setup of audio / visual and lighting equipment from flown trussing.
6. Lift vehicle operation in accordance with safe practices and occupational health and safety regulations.
7. On-site troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment.
8. Show lighting and soundboard operation.
9. Show audio and video recording.
10. Audio / video network configuration and installation.

Hotel and Podium Services Support:
1. In-Shop repair and maintenance of CRT, LCD, Plasma and LED televisions and monitors.
2. A/V troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
3. In-suite CTV and television troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
4. CTV backbone / distribution troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
5. Audio / video network configuration and installation.
6. Crestron Control system configuration, programming and installation.
7. Dimming network configuration, programming and installation.
8. Audio / video equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
9. Wireless A/V network installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
10. UTP cable termination, placement and hookup for IP network distribution.
11. Data network switch configuration.
12. Pay movie TV system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
13. Exterior decoration lighting system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
14. DMX system configuration, programming and installation.
15. Indoor and Outdoor LED marquee screen system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
16. Signage TV troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
17. BGM (Background Music) system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
18. Audio Cobranet signal system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
19. BSS DSP system configuration, programming and installation.
20. Gondolar operation, for building exterior lightings system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
21. BMU power cradle operation, for building interior AV and lighting system troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
