职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Formulate, implement and develop HR programs, policies and procedures to meet business needs and statutory requirements;
2.Develop, implement and review the manpower plan with business managers; source, and select candidates with hiring managers to address the staffing needs timely;
3.Review and implement rewards programs to ensure internal equity of our pay system and the general pay level of the company is competitive with the market;
4.Identify training and development needs through a systematic process, formulate and implement training plan;
5.Facilitate and drive the performance evaluation process, provide coaching and counselling to managers and employees;
6.Build and promote company culture that supports the company’s direction and goals, and foster a positive and harmonious relationship between employees and the company;
7.Prepare HR reports, and monitor key indexes like employee turnover rate, analyses the root causes and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce/ keep the turnover rate to/ at a reasonable level;
8.Ensure efficient and effective implementation of all required HR processes and tools including an attendance and payroll system;
9.Keep abreast of the latest employment-related legislation and regulations (both national and local) and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure legal compliance;
10.Build/train up HR staff to provide the efficient support to internal costumers and support on all operational functions.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline;
2.Over 7 years’ all rounded HR experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level in MNC and manufacturing;
3.HR generalist, with substantial experience in recruitment and Training or performance
4.Knowledge of China Labor Law and local regulations regarding employment-related matters, good network and relations with relevant government departments;
5.Proficiency in oral and written English communication;
6.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
7.Self-motivated, analytical, result-oriented and ability to work under pressure;
8.Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
9.Mature and trustworthy;
10.High ethical standard and integrity.
