Therm-O-Disc is a subsidy of Emerson, a Global Fortune 500 company listed in New York Stock Exchange. We are global market leader of temperature sensors & controls to the appliance, HVAC, automotive & commercial industries. We will set up a new manufacturing facility in Zhuhai in early 2014. To cope with the move, we invite qualified candidates to fill the following replacement position.
Job Summary
Reporting to HR Manager, the job holder will take lead for recruitment as well as learning & development of the facility. He/she will supervise a team of two HR Assistant / Clerk. The position will be deployed in珠海市高新区创新海岸科技五路三号.
Major Responsibilities
Formulates & implements recruitment strategy for salaried staff & operators.
Conducts employment interviews for salaried staff.
Takes care about induction of new hires of salaried staff.
Works with HR Manager to formulate Annual Learning & Development Plan.
Works with respective department managers to implement the Annual L&D Plan.
Provide logistics services for in-house training activities.
Deputize the HR Manager to handle tasks of employee relations.
Manage labor contract, social security & commercial insurance
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
5 years’ experience in HRM.
Hands-on character. Can work highly independently & solve problem proactively.
Good interactive skill & strong in personal influence ability to persuade others.
Good in writing English. Fluent in verbal English is a plus.
(Offer as Senior Supervisor will be considered for candidates with good exposure)
