Job Summary: Responsible for materials acquisition including issue PO to suppliers, expediting, part quotations, supplier performance analysis.

Essential Functions:
1.Issues Purchase Orders in accordance with TOD Policy and Procedures.
2.Communicate with the vendor for the delivery, logistics arrangement, and payment arrangement.
3.Ensure the purchase order can fulfill our customer request, ensure the purchase order can be arrange at plant per committed by following up with logistics group.
4.Ensure the payment can be paid to vendor on time by coordinating with Accounting department. Ensure the data maintenance must 100% accuracy.
5.Coordinate with QA, logistics and Vendor for RMV return when quality is found.
6.Provide delivery information to planners and manufacturing department etc.
7.Always analyze the demand and supply fluctuation, provide planning and solution to smooth the demand and supply by fulfilling customer’s request.
8.Follow Company policies or rules to implement the job function.

Job Qualifications:
1.University graduate’ or ‘Middle / High School Certification or related discipline with 1-2 years’ working experience.
2.Able to read, write and understand English
3.Knowledge of MRP system and good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
