Job Summary : Assist QA manager to execute quality policy and supervise the inspection activities of corresponding product unit.

Essential Functions:
1. Process capability study. Drive actions to achieve targets of quality metrics.
2. Review and approval of ECN/TEC, work instruction, CP, PFMEA and procedure.
3. Provide training and guidance to technician and leader.
4. Chair NCR and quality meeting. Identify root cause and provide corrective action for non-conformance
5. Handle customer complaint, RMA and failure analysis.
6. Ensure quality system in place and comply with TOD quality procedures.
7. Schedule the product and process audits regularly.
8. Production line and equipment qualification. Technical know-how on tool/fixture design.
9. APQP/ PPAP approval of product and material.

Job Qualifications:
1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
2. 2~3 years experience in process control, quality assurance and audits.
3. Good command of Chinese and English.
4. Familiar with MSA, SPC, Cpk, statistical tools and the application software.
5. Knowledge in international quality system and safety test criteria, such as ISO/TS, UL, VDE, KEMA, JET…etc.
