职位描述
1.Make sure all arrived equipment manuals in good storage and full follow-up the missing parts;
2.Arrived Materials & Equipment Certificate record, track up and maintain.
3.On-time Equipment Arrival Report include Photos, packing list, manual & certificate status
4.Follow the Project Materials Requisition procedure to prepare the PRs, make sure all the order to be having inventory checking before order, summarize the PRs and feedback to the requester.
5.Project Materials and Equipment detailed information and datasheet well filing and update
6.Project Materials arrival status report update to supervisor at a regular base according to the General Project Materials plan
7.Project Construction Drawings well filing
8.Project issues summary and filling, not limited to materials, construction, design, quality problem summary.
9.Project Rework/damage record summary
10.Assist in project construction photos log
11.Keep all project operation record in well filing, not limited to materials, labor, construction schedule, drawing, Class, order change record.
12.Product Catalogue Library organizes, update and maintain.
13.Showroom Samples update and maintain
14.Translation in project related documents and information.
15.Other special task appointed by supervisor
Qualification
1, Excellent English skills;
2, Good communication skill.
