职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and development on new product designs.2. Keep company updated with new requirements and standards in the toy industry.
3. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the manufacturing process.
4. Communicate effectively with the USA offices (English), and factories (Chinese) to maintain schedule, cost, and quality.
5. Ensure production meets requirements of company (decoration, assembly, packaging, etc).
6. Organize product information and tooling data.
7. Report directly to the General Manager.
Experience:
1. Must have excellent communication in English (speaking and writing).
2. Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering required.
3. Knowledge of injection molding and plastics production is a must.
4. Must be well organised.
5. 2 years of experience required, preferably in toy manufacturing.
6. Knowledge in 3D CAD drawing and electronic components a plus.
7. Source new factories for production.
Working Benefits:
1. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM.
2. Overtime is generally not required.
3. Will travel frequently to factories (Tanzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hongmei).
