职位描述
Key Tasks:
1.Comply strictly to company's standing operating procedures ;严格遵从公司的标准采购作业流程；
2.To fulfill the purchasing function in Indirect Material, may cover the range of corporate service, IT&office supplies,tools,facilities and others as required;实施非生产性物料采购，如公共服务，IT及办公用品，工具，设施设备等；
3.Responsible for non-production materials inquiry, comparison, negotiation and order;负责非生产性物料询价、比价、谈判和下单；
4.Track and grasp non-production materials market, and pay attention to data collection, sorting and filing;把握非生产性物料市场行情，注意收集相关数据并整理归档；
5.Participate in supplier investigation, establish and improve the non-production purchasing strategy, regularly for supplier evaluation;参与供应商调查,建立和完善非生产采购策略,定期对供应商评估；
6.To understand purchasing policy and communicate with end user.了解采购政策和与最终用户沟通。
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering related subject;工程机械类相关专业，本科学历；
2.Have strong communication skills and negotiation skills;有较强的沟通和谈判能力；
3.5 years above purchaser working experience in manufacturing environment;5年以上制造业采购工作经验；
4.Highly motivated, and strong character;积极的工作态度和责任感；
5.Time management and follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.时间管理和跟进技巧和多任务管理的能力。

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
