职位描述
Responsibility: Optimize material planning and safety stock to meet production need as well as cost effectiveness. 优化物料计划和安全库存,以满足生产需要以及成本效率。
Key Tasks:
1. Set up material planning process as per Production Plan; 按生产计划建立物料计划过程；
2. Set up Material forecasting system and process with compliance with company policy;建立符合公司政策的材料预测系统和流程；
3. Coordinate with related functions in terms of material planning, like production, Finance, warehouse, etc. 与相关职能部门，如生产、财务、仓库等协调，在此基础上建立物料计划；
4. Be responsible for master data accuracy and on-time creation and maintenance in ERP system in relation to Supply chain management area to secure compliance with supply chain processes; 负责主数据的准确性，以及在ERP系统供应链管理模块中的及时创建和维护，以确保其符合供应链流程;
5. Inventory planning and management;库存计划与管理；
6. Control stock level according to ABC analysis and defined stock days, take actions to optimize inventory;根据ABC分类法和约定的库存天数控制库存水平，优化库存量；
7. Support on Kanban, Lean and 5S implementation in plant; 协助车间的看板管理、精益生产和5S实施；
8. Take proper preventive action or actions on shortages to eliminate or minimize the risks; 采取适当的预防措施或行动来消除或减少风险；
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.经理安排的其他工作。
Qualification:
1. Degree on engineering or management related subject;工程机械或管理类专业，本科学历；
2. Profound understanding and hands-on experience in supply chain planning in MNC;有跨国公司供应链管理方面的实践经验，对供应链管理有深刻的理解；
3. 5+ years’ above MC experience in a MNC;5年以上跨国公司相关工作经验；
4. Familiar with Yongyou or SAP or QAD ERP System;熟悉用友、SAP或QAD等ERP系统；
5. Familiar with MS Office skills熟练的办公软件技能；
6. Strong communication skill, good English良好的沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言；
7. Target-oriented目标导向；
8. Knowledge of diesel engine is a plus有一定的发动机行业知识优先。

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
