Senior Engineer Principle Accountabilities:
1.Lead DFX for manufacture.
2.Evaluate the products review given by the customers.
3.Directs and coordinates SMT and Wave soldering manufacturing or building of prototype product or system.
4.Facilitate the product launching and making it known to the customers.
5.Conduct meetings with customer/suppliers to improve the new products or DFX issue or process/fixture improvement.
6.Analyzes and researches data and will propose product specifications to determine feasibility of product proposal.
7.Confers with all support team personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop corrective action, method improvement to resolve problems.
8.Prepares or directs preparation of product layout and design by using detailed drawings (i.e., visuals, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).
9.Analyzes inspection and test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
10.Confers with other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required.
11.Develops and updates documentation to establish production methodology and requirements.
12.Offer the best solution that will cater the needs of the customer while making sure that the company will be productive and can save a lot in the process.

Education / Experience
1.Pass CET6 or good oral and written English.
2.Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3.Typically requires 6 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing processes, testing and system assembly.
4.Experience with Solar, Power supplies, industrial products standard and process setup ( TS16949 ) are added advantage.
