Purchasing Manager 采购经理

Key responsibilities:

· Manage technical and project purchasing.

· Project management

· Maintain good relationship with current suppliers, develop the new potential and qualified suppliers

· Lead and control a constant optimization of parts costs

· Set up and implement system of supplier audit, prepare data for supplier evaluation

· Clarify quality problems with suppliers, support suppliers in quality issues

· Liaison with SCM-HQ on the main local activities, cooperate with all main interfaces and internal /external customers

· Categorizing the goods into different groups:

* Metal welding structure products 金属焊接结构产品

* Aluminum extruding and die-casting products 铝挤型和压铸部件

* Injection products 注塑部件

* Wood material 板材

* Fabric 布料

* Metal sheet processing goods 钣金件

Requirements for the job holder:

· Technical background, especially with on-site problem solving ability

· Strong communication skills, being active and taking the initiative

· Customer focus

· Several years experience in purchasing and logistics

· Experience in quality, project management and process improvement

· Good oral and written English ability

· High degree in self-motivation
