1- Main duties
1.1 SUPPLIER APROVAL AND CONTINUOUS EVALUATION
- Carry out with their responsibilities according to Copreci's internal Processes
- Compile supplier survey and rest of documentation needed.
- Initial supplier audit.
- Annual supplier evaluation analysis definition
- Supplier annual audit calendar definition.
- Continuous supplier evaluation.
- Keep documentation updated and properly stored.
1.2 RAW MATERIAL AND COMPONENT APPROVAL
- Carry out with their responsibilities according to Copreci's internal Processes
- Issuance of all the documentation required for components approval.
- Issuance of quality reports after new samples inspection.
- Keep supplier updated in terms of drawings and control charts.
- Keep related documentation and samples properly updated and stored internally.
- Updated component approval situation in AXAPTA.
- Follow pilot run of component.
1.3 INCOMING INSPECTION AND NON-COMFORMITY HANDLE
- Supervise and coordinate IQC team's work
- Training of IQC inspector
- Check test results of material inspected in IQC
- Monthly IQC inspection information
- Take active part in case of non-conformities in IQC, production and customer relative raw material and component.
- Management of sorting relative with raw material and component
- Improvement plan to achieve objective
2 - STUDIES REQUIRED
- Graduate from college, in technical or engineering, or equivalent
3 - SKILLS REQUIRED
- Familiar with ISO9000 standards, with ISO9000 internal auditor certificate
- Familiar with computer operation with Office software
- Strongly language skill, good verbal and written Chinese and English
- Analysis capacity. In order to quick identification of the problems and its solutions.
- Good teamwork spirit, good coordinated and communication ability
- Familiar with die casting, injection and machining process
- Fluent in both Spoken and Written English is must
4- Experiences Requirement
- At least 3years work experiences in supplier management assurance in foreign company

Company Background:

1. Established in Aretxabaleta of Spain in the year of 1963;
- Its activities are focused on the Gas Cooking, Barbecue, Home Comfort,Washing and Cooking Electronics Business Units.
2. Copreci to start manufacturing components in China from October 2004;
- The new factory will manufacture components for new customers in Asia.
3. The company currently operates production plants in countries like Mexico,Brazil, Czech Republic, Turkey and Italy, in addition to the parent plant, located in Aretxabaleta;

Copreci China Co. Ltd is a wholly Spanish Foreign investment company, which was established in June of 2004, situated in Sanzao of Zhuhai. We develop, manufacture and sell low power gas valves and relative components.
