SCOPE
Perform routine administrative and supportive works to the whole contracting process at the outside service team. Work with suppliers and internal departments to process the necessary documentation and related systems achieve the most favorable results for the organization. Contracts will cover different kinds of outsourcing services across all Las Vegas Sands properties in Macao, China and Hong Kong.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES – MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. On behalf of the Company, develop, source and buy materials and services from external suppliers and contractors to meet the operational requirements of our internal clients.
2. Liaise, discuss and understand the needs of internal clients. Provide timely sourcing and procurement supports to meet clients’ operational requirements for service, quality and value at lowest possible total cost.
3. Provide clients with detailed supply market condition, trends and analyses that may affect suppliers, cost of goods, pricing and also with recommendation on supply solution.
4. Process PR/PO at SAP system, process CRR/ Contract via Ariba System, prepare and maintain daily documents such as BAW/ spend reports/ market data.
5. Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers.
6. Communicate and work with internal clients to ensure compliance with the procurement policies and procedures of the Company.
7. Assist management to develop commodity strategies and strong oversight with a focus on implementation to achieve exceptional results in cost reductions, quality, delivery and technology.
8. Handle assigned trades independently.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
CERTIFICATION
Member of Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other recognized organizations preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Possess excellent organizational skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Possess strong communication, influencing and problem solving skills; work with and seek cooperation from different parties within a sizeable organization.
3. Have a high sense of urgency and adapt to change quickly; be able to work under pressure.
4. Possess outstanding negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
5. Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
IT KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATIONS

1. Knowledge at Windows & MS Office 2007
2. Knowledge in SAP & Ariba System
