Job description:岗位描述：

1.Follow Test laboratory Process flow, responsible for reliability test and report.

遵循测试流程，完成可靠性测试及报告。

2.Providing support in scheduling process and dealing with frequent need for prioritizing in reliability test.

提供实验室可靠性测试的时间安排并处理日常测试的优先分配顺序。

3.Support WET internal and external customers. Establish test timelines and equipment limitations and communicate to Customer and Manager.

为WET内部和外部客户提供支持。建立测试时间流程和设备等限制因素，并与客户和经理保持沟通。

4.Responsible for performing tests as per requests assignment and customer instructions to produce reliable and precise data.

依照测试请求和客户指令执行测试，以提供可靠精准的数据。

5.Operates lab equipment and instruments following established procedures.

依照规定的测试程序操作测试设备和工具。

6.Find, collect and gather information, report generation and maintenance of accurate records.

发现，收集和获取信息，制成和维护精确记录的记录单。

7.Operate reliability test, write test report and explain test result.

执行可靠性试验，负责完成测试报告，并解释测试结果

8.Analyze test results and provide feedback. Provide opinions and interpretations of test data when required.

10.Responsible for testing equipment preventive action according to laboratory machine maintenance plan.

依据实验室测试设备维护保养计划负责实施测试设备维护保养。

11.Design and make DUT load-box and harness base on test requirements.

根据实验要求完成被测件测试盒和线束的设计和制作

12.Multitasking to improve capacity and timing due to emergencies to ensure the lowest possible level of interruption in the flow of testing.

基于多任务处理方法改善提高测试能力处理相关紧急事件,并把测试中断的可能性降到最小。

13.Provide support to Test Laboratory manager on continuous improvement.

在持续改进上给实验室经理提供支持。

14.Support laboratory manager for A2LA/IECQ accreditation according to ISO 17025

依据ISO 17025支持实验室经理完成A2LA/IECQ认证审核。

15.Proving reliability test standard, equipment training to the new members of the group.

对新入职员工提供可靠性测试标准，设备的培训。

16.Domestic and International Travel as required.

依照需求执行国内的和国外的出差。
