岗位职责：
1、制定适合网站的广告销售计划；
2、按照广告销售计划任务进行落实、执行、跟进；
3、准确了解客户网络推广的需求，对客户进行专业而全面的售前、售中及售后服务；
4、客户关系维护，并深度挖掘客户潜力。

任职要求：
1、熟悉互联网广告销售模式，了解网络营销及广告传媒，具有一年以上网媒广告销售经验，拥有一定的业界合作关系和渠道；
2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，良好的客户服务意识，对网站长期发展规划有独到而深入的见解；
3、具有良好的人际沟通及语言表达能力、出色的商务谈判及说服能力，并具有较强的执行力；
4、人品正直，待人诚信，性格开朗、自信。
