职位描述
Guest Service Center Agent
Responsibilities:
l Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously
l Know and understand details about breakfast, lunch and dinner packages and promotions of hotel’s products, facilities and services
l Be familiar with hotel’s events and activities, and local Macau attractions, restaurants and shows and provide accurate information when requested
l Identify sales opportunities and convert and upsell into sales of packages and promotions
l Channel sales opportunities from group bookings to the Hotel & Catering Sales Department
l Dispatch requests and enquiries to Bell, Butler, Duty Manager, In-Room Dining, Engineering and Housekeeping when required
l Process requests for wake-up calls and conduct appropriate follow-through
l Accept and relay guests’ messages promptly, either manually, written or through voicemail system
Requirements:
l Previous hospitality service experience at a five-star hotel an advantage
l Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
l With positive attitude and multitasking ability
l Able to work in fast moving environment and work under stress
l Able to work on 24-hour shift
客护服务中心接待员
职责:
l 及时有礼地处理接听客人的来电
l 瞭解酒店提供的早餐,午餐和晚餐及其他促销产品的设施和服务
l 熟悉瞭解酒店活动和当地景点、餐馆并向客人提供准确的信息
l 有技巧地向客护推销酒店内餐厅以及其他设施和服务
l 跟进处理客护的叫醒服务
l 及时处理书面或语音信箱系统的客护信息
任职要求:
l 通过英语CET-6考试
l 英语,普通话,广东话三语精通流利
l 态度积极及于压力下工作, 具多任务处理能力
l 需要24小时轮班
